It's well written, interesting to read and I hope for a Part 2 to this book one day!

The author is a long time friend and coworker, so it was very interesting to read about this amazing adventure in her new life. The tone is light and funny at times, but also honest and raw at others. The imagery is so vivid, it was easy to visualize the vast beauty of the land. Amazing circumstances that she is experiencing and adapting to; things that we take so much for granted. A great read; highly recommend.
Interesting information on living in Africa
What an adventure! I like this not only because I know Nur but because it still amazes me that a born and raised New Yorker actually ended up in Tanzania and loving it. It's not that the country with it's ocean views and sunsets aren't beautiful, it's just that the animals she encounters are intimidating to say the least. But the book is an exciting journey that took courage, patience, and strength. I admire her tenacity. I could never do it. May Allah bless her.
